At the end of each year, if you have not canceled your subscription your subscription will automatically renew, and you will be charged the purchase price at the time you purchased your subscription or the renewal rate, whichever is higher. Cancellation automatically and immediately terminates your eligibility for any benefits that may be associated with your subscription.
  5. You agree that Podcast Contact Form makes no guarantees that the Podcast Contact Form WordPress plugin will be compatible with other WordPress plugins. Due to the number of potentially conflicting WordPress plugins you assume all responsibility for any such conflicts that impair how the Podcast Contact Form plugin works on your website.
  6. Because WordPress functionality can vary based on themes and plugins Podcast Contact Form will not be responsible for any custom installs or tech support outside of the common how-to guides listed on our support page. You agree that the Podcast Contact Form WordPress plugin is sold as-is and no special software customization will be made to accommodate your WordPress website installation or modification. You assert that you are running an updated version of WordPress and a currently supported version of PHP at the time of your purchase.

3. Price Changes

Podcast Contact Form – (TPE Network) reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a plugin subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.

Podcast Contact Form is sold as an automatically recurring subscription that renew each year on the anniversary of the purchase date.

This subscription will automatically renew at the end of the annual license term unless the purchaser cancels their subscription prior to the automatic renewal date.

Please note the following details of the Podcast Contact Form plugin license subscription:
Subscription renewals are automatically processed annually on the anniversary of your original purchase. The license renewal will continue and remain valid for each one (1) year unless the subscription is cancelled prior to the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your PayPal account. If you choose to cancel your subscription you will no longer receive updates and support for the Podcast Contact Form plugin when your license expires.

4. Disclaimer
